| Comment: We continue to fully support the proposed marina activity changes as they are consistent with recommendations made in the Top of the South Spaces and Places Plan. We support the best option to develop the marina to provide opportunities for safe development of the Sea Sports centre to increase recreational opportunities. The plan to connect the Marina to the City’s existing walking and cycling network is consistent with our support of any active travel options through safe provision of walking/cycleways.
